The Nigeria Revenue Service has unveiled a new digital platform, Rev360, as part of efforts to modernise the country’s tax system and improve how taxes are managed.
In a statement released on Thursday titled “Nigeria Revenue Service Launches Rev360, Marking Transition to Tax Administration 3.0,” the agency said the platform will be introduced in phases, starting with medium and emerging taxpayers.
According to the Service, Rev360 represents a shift from largely manual and partially digital processes to a fully integrated, intelligent, and taxpayer-focused system. It noted that the platform builds on earlier digital reforms and is designed to make tax administration more seamless, transparent, and efficient.
Speaking on the development, the Executive Chairman of the agency, Zacch Adedeji, said the initiative is aimed at simplifying the tax experience for Nigerians while strengthening confidence in public institutions.

He explained that Rev360 is not just about technology, but about creating a system that supports economic growth and makes tax compliance easier rather than burdensome.
The agency also disclosed that it has carried out a nationwide readiness programme to prepare taxpayers, consultants, and other stakeholders for the rollout. This, it said, is to ensure users understand the platform and can navigate it effectively from the start.
While the rollout will begin with smaller taxpayer groups, it will later extend to government entities and large taxpayers in a structured manner.
The Service believes the platform will boost compliance, improve revenue collection, and enhance the overall taxpayer experience.
As part of its broader fiscal goals, the agency has set a revenue target of ₦40.7 trillion for 2026—an increase of about 44 percent from the ₦28.29 trillion recorded in 2025—signalling a strong push to strengthen Nigeria’s revenue base through improved systems and efficiency.
