President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election campaign for the 2027 presidential election has officially commenced in Kaduna State, with supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) gathering in large numbers for the campaign launch.
The rally is taking place at Ranchers Bees Stadium, where party supporters have been arriving since the early hours of Saturday, October 24, 2026, ahead of the President’s arrival.
Many attendees were seen wearing branded T-shirts, caps and other outfits featuring Tinubu’s photographs, APC symbols and images of party leaders. Supporters also sang, danced and chanted slogans expressing their support for Tinubu’s second-term ambition.
Several roads leading to the stadium were barricaded as security and event preparations continued. Party leaders, governors and other political figures were expected to attend the gathering to demonstrate support for the President ahead of the 2027 general election.
The Kaduna rally marks the beginning of the APC’s nationwide presidential campaign activities. The party is expected to visit other states as it seeks to mobilise voters and strengthen its support across the country.
