The Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University has extended her goodwill message to students as they begin their Second Semester Examinations for the 2025/2026 academic session, starting Monday, June 1, 2026.

In her address, she congratulated the students for reaching this important stage in the academic calendar, describing the examination period as a key milestone in their academic journey. She emphasized that the exams are not only a test of knowledge but also an opportunity for students to demonstrate growth, discipline, and readiness for the next phase of their studies.

She encouraged students to remain confident, focused, and well-prepared, urging them to manage their time effectively and give their best effort in all their papers. According to her, the academic training and support they have received throughout the semester have adequately prepared them for success.

The Vice-Chancellor also reiterated the university’s zero-tolerance stance on examination malpractice, warning that any form of misconduct would be addressed in line with the Students’ Handbook. She advised students to pursue success with integrity, honesty, and hard work.

She concluded by wishing all students a peaceful and successful examination period, expressing confidence in their ability to excel, and offering prayers for clarity, good health, and outstanding performance.
