President Bola Tinubu has officially sworn in newly appointed commissioners for the National Population Commission (NPC) and the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC).

The inauguration took place on Monday before the start of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa.

Among those sworn in as federal commissioners for the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission are Abdullahi Mukhtar Mohammed from Kaduna State, a former chairman of the National Hajj Commission, and Amina Gamawa, who represents Bauchi State.

The President also inaugurated six commissioners for the National Population Commission. They include Kolawole Oladipupo Alabi from Ekiti State, Nasiru Mu’azu from Zamfara State, Isaka Alada Yahaya from Kwara State, Prof. Sadiq Isah Radda from Katsina State, Suleiman Umar from Jigawa State, and Chiso Abdullahi Dattijo from Sokoto State.
The appointments are expected to strengthen the operations of both commissions as they carry out their constitutional responsibilities.
