*Ramadhan 1445AH Nuggets* ‏‏‏

*Avoid Arguing and Quarrelling; Knowledge of Laylat al-Qadr was removed by insults/ arguments*

Narrated ‘Ubadah ibn al-Samit:

The Messenger of Allah *()* came out to inform people about Laylatil Qadr (the Night of Decree) in Ramadhan, but two Muslim men were insulting each other. The Prophet *()* said, “ *Verily, I have come out to tell you about the Night of Decree, but two men were insulting each other. Thus, its knowledge was removed and perhaps it is better for you. Look for it during the seventh, ninth, or fifth night of the last ten nights.*”

Sahih al-Bukhārī 49

*NOTES 📝*

1. “And  his statement, ‘perhaps it is better for you‘ – i.e., the lack of it being specified for you. For since it was left uncertain, those who seek it exert themselves, aspiring for it in all places of the month, hopeful of finding it. So there is an increase in worship, in contrast to if its specific time were known, for then its significance would certainly lead to restricting the night prayers to it exclusively. And the wisdom of its being left uncertain results in worship being spread throughout the entire month in pursuit of it and that effort is increased even more so during the last ten nights.” – Tafsir Ibn Kathir

2. Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen stated while commenting on this hadith that the knowledge of Laylat al-Qadr was removed for the year alone in which the incident happened. He further posited that Laylat al-Qadr night changes, it can be in this year on the night of the twenty-seventh, and in the second year on the night of the twenty-fifth, and so on. That is why he said at the end of the hadith, “ Perhaps it will be good.” i.e. I mean, I expect that it will be good for you, and it is like that, because if people knew that it was on a specific night, their worship and standing in prayer would be limited to that night alone. – Sharh Kitab Badaha al-Wahy wa al-Eeman, Sahih al-Bukhari, Ibn Uthaymeen

3. Rather than engaging in Socioeconomic or political arguments,  sports and entertainment news, etc, a Muslim should be busy with lots of good deeds as much as possible in Ramadhan and especially in the last 10 days of Ramadhan.

*O Allah, aid us in becoming righteous, grant us Taqwa so that we may do abundant good deeds during the month of Ramadhan and beyond. O Allah, You are Forgiving. You love to forgive, so forgive us … Ãmeen*

*As’salaam alaykum Waramatullai Wabarakatuh…*

*Oh, Allah! We pray and decree “Control our Hearts while going astray, divert our  thoughts from planning evils against others, assist us to defeat Satan, enrich us with iman, Health & Wealth, make us active in all aspect of Ibadah (worship) and make our entire life beneficial to Islam and humanity and make Aljanal Firdaus our final abode…*

*Juma’at Mufeedah…*

As you conclude this year’s Ramadan fast, may Allah eradicate every spiritual weakness in your life and ignite your faith in Him, enabling you to cling to His word until your breakthrough comes.

May Allah inspire and influence others to show favour towards you, eliminate every financial setback in your life, and remove any obstacles hindering your path to greatness.

Ramadan Kareem and  Jumat Mubarak

*Assalamu alaikum.* The kindness and mercy of Almighty Allah shall sustain us and our family on daily basis inrespective of the tough situation in the land. Allah shall be sufficient for us.

May this last Friday in the month of Ramadan to be a key of success to you and your family, may Allah give us good health long life and prosperity, may he also place us in the highest paradise.

I wish you a blessed and pleasant Juma’at’. May this valuable day bring satisfaction in your heart and fill your life with the endowments of Allah! May Allah accept all our Ibada and forgive us our shortcomings.

Juma’at Mubarak & Ramadan Kareem

Alhamdulillah Robillalamin, it’s the last Friday of this year Ramadan 1445/2024.

Oh Allah! You kept us among the living today for a reason (Alhamdulillah), some passed away and some are awake but can’t get up, some couldn’t even sleep for a bit, you know and understand better. O Allah!  Distance us from the shame, disappointment, and sins of this Duniya and the hereafter. Lead us to those acts that will grant us your mercy. May Allah accept all our efforts as an act of Ibadah and answer all our adua Aaameena🙏🏽🙏🏽.

Juma’at Mubarak to you all and your families .

Quote : Quran;19 Maryam;35

mā kāna lillāhi ay yattakhiża miw waladin sub-ḥānah, iżā qaḍ& amran fa innamā yaqụlu lahụ kun fa yakụn

It is not befitting to (the majesty of) Allah that He should beget a son. Glory be to Him! when He determines a matter, He only says to it, “Be”, and it is.
