The Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, has spoken about the President’s health amid his prolonged stay abroad.
Onanuga said there was no cause for concern regarding Tinubu’s health, explaining that the President remained in good condition during his extended vacation outside Nigeria.
The presidential aide made the clarification amid public discussions surrounding Tinubu’s prolonged absence from the country and questions about his wellbeing.
According to Onanuga, the President’s stay abroad should not be interpreted as an indication of any health problem.
Tinubu had travelled out of Nigeria for a working vacation and held a number of engagements during his time abroad.
The development comes amid continued public interest in the President’s health and his activities while outside the country.
