Nigerian actor and comedian, Woli Arole, has cautioned men against engaging in casual sexual relationships, urging them to be mindful of what he describes as deeper consequences beyond physical pleasure.
In a message shared on his Instagram page, the entertainer—who also identifies as a prophet—criticised what he called reckless lifestyle choices among some men. He said he finds it troubling that some individuals move from one partner to another without caution or reflection.
Recalling a personal experience at a hotel in Abuja, Woli Arole claimed he had what he described as a spiritual insight into the environment around him. According to him, some of the women present appeared different in the spiritual realm than what they seemed physically.

“People who carry girls randomly and sleep with them, I salute your audacity,” he wrote. “I was in a hotel in Abuja and God opened my eyes. Some ladies there were not what they seemed. To the natural eye, they look attractive, but spiritually, it is different.”
He advised men to be more cautious in their relationships, stressing that intimacy should not be treated casually.
Beyond his warning on relationships, Arole also reacted to recent social conversations around marriage and wealth, cautioning against the popular idea that emotional pain is acceptable if one is financially comfortable. He described such thinking as misleading.
He further encouraged people to prioritise genuine relationships over convenience, noting that many individuals only reach out for help from people they rarely maintain contact with.

Woli Arole also spoke on other social issues, criticising trends he believes promote insensitivity, including online challenges that mock children with disabilities. He described such content as harmful and lacking compassion.
Additionally, he advised Nigerians in the diaspora not to develop a sense of superiority over those living in the country, stressing that success and fulfilment are not limited by geography.
His comments have since sparked mixed reactions online, with supporters praising his moral stance while others question the spiritual framing of his message.
